Business and Organization Sponsorship Opportunity: 2026 American Legion Supporting the Freedom Honor

The Freedom Honor Flight Coulee Region Committee, in conjunction with the American Legion Auxiliary, District 7, is holding a fundraiser for the Freedom Honor Flight (FHF) on October 3rd, 2026 at American Legion Post #100, located at 1116 Angelo Rd in Sparta, WI.

The FHF is a non-profit (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit) that takes Veterans to Washington DC for a day to see all the war memorials and the beauty of our capital. How You Can Support

We are seeking partners to help us reach our goals through several sponsorship levels:

● Cash Sponsorships: All cash donations are welcome. Donations of $500 or more include social media recognition, recognition at the event, picture in the Monroe County Herald and an invitation to the event.

● In-Kind Donations: Donate prizes or gift certificates for our raffle baskets.

● Participation: Spread the word! We welcome anyone that wants to help not only motorcyclists but also car enthusiasts to register and join the ride.

Recognition & Event Details

On October 3rd, 2026, at 6PM door will open for Blackjack, Craps and raffles. Tables will open at 7PM for a night of fun. Fellowship and raising funds for the FHF. The cost of participating is only $20 and tickets are limited. See attached flyer. You must be 21 or older to participate.

This event started 18 years ago, and monies raised go to the FHF to cover the cost of the Veteran trip. That first event raised over $9,000. To date, we have raised over $350,000 to help keep the program going. There are approximately 100 veterans per trip. There are at least 350 veterans on the waiting list. The cost of a flight today is $165,000. This is the reason we do what we do. Taking care of veterans.
